On any product, click the “buy now” or click on the “Add to cart” button. Once you are ready, elect the cart button and then “Checkout”. Add you shipping, billing information and any coupon codes you may have and proceed with checkout. Once payment successful, you will receive an email, the very next day your product will be shipped. If the order is placed before 1pm EST, products on hand in our warehouse will ship same day. If you would like further assistance with your order please email support@goeskate.com or communicate with us via our social channels.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a full refund as long as it complies with the refund policy in our terms and conditions. For boards that have already shipped within the 24 hour period, you will incur a 10% cancellation fee. All board or products after the 24 hour cutoff will be subject to the standard return policy.

Once your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation email, after the confirmation email email you will receive your shipping tracking number next day. If your order includes items that is not stocked in our warehouse, your order will come in multiple shipments and may take longer to receive your shipping tracking code. If there are any issues, we will be sure to let you know.

Yes, an order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us, please save the e-mail confirmation for your records.

You can change your contact information at any time by signing into "My Account" and editing the information. Save the changes and your account will be updated.

Shipping Policy

For boards stocked in our warehouse located in Tampa FL, your order upon shipment can be at your door in as little as 2 days. We endeavor to process orders as fast as they come in, we guarantee that all order will be processed by the next business day. For our 3rd party vendors, orders will be placed with the manufacturer and processed by the second business day.

The Pandemic (COVID-19). Please contact us if you're worried about delays and we'll give you an accurate estimate. Brands that are shipping from overseas may be subject to a 2-4 week delay on delivery.

We ship to the United States & Canada.

We stock and handle logistics for Exway at our Warehouse location on the west coast of Florida. Products I.E Electric Skateboards, amongst a few other items are stocked locally. These stocked items can go from our warehouse to anywhere on the east coast in 2 days. For the midwest and central and west coast, you can receive shipment in as little as 3 days. For items shipped from oversees in various locations, shipping times can take longer, up to 3/4 weeks.

Shipping for boards are calculated by your zip code. Shipping on other items are considered flat rate shipping. For specials, we may provide free shipping coupons. Please remember, many online stores wrap their shipping into the product cost. We do no do that.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Please see our return policies within our terms and condition. If a product states a specific return policy, this is followed rather than that portrayed in the returns section.

Although vary rare, please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Taking pictures, prior to opening and pictures of your items. Email support@goeskate.com with the subject - Damaged {order number}. We will then process an insurance claim on your behalf.

You will ride at your own risk, it is recommended that you wear protective gear, Go-eSkate is no responsible for any injuries or physical damage inflicted upon themselves or anyone else, whether a product or a human error. Go eSkate will not cover damages, and not cover any losses in result of an accident. Please be warned. Ride within your limits.

We endeavor to uphold a level of full transparency and professionalism. All conversations between customers and employees including that on social media with any member of Go-eSkate will be kept on record and on file for all future allegations against any employee.

Any and all abusive, derogatory, and discriminative behavior will not be tolerated.
